Ok - we have working internet!
We have a working home telephone!
And we received mail in our mailbox!
ALL ON THE SAME DAY!!!!!
Hopefully this trend will continue.
And a cause for further rejoicing - Scott's paycheck from mid August arrived last Thursday.
And even more exciting - he had a HUGE briefing/dinner with the board of directors Thursday night and it went GREAT!!!! We had prayed about that. It went so great that the president of the company arrived in a horrid mood and had been rumored to be in that mood for a few days previous, and then AFTER Scott's presentation, he was in a good mood. Doesn't get too much better than that as far as successful meetings go.
We still do not have a renter, and have just dropped our price AGAIN so that it is now way way lower than the rent our neighbors were collecting several years ago, so that is still a matter of much prayer.
