Here's a clue into my personality.
I think that one reason I enjoy being Emma's mom so much, is because I expected motherhood to be so miserable that, when it is, I'm not surprised. And when it's anything the slightest bit better than miserable I'm thrilled.
The other reason I enjoy being Emma's mom so much is that God has given me an amazing, bright, observant, charming, intelligent, adorable and fabulous daughter. I'm humbled that He's entrusted me with her and given me such a good gift on a regular basis. It definitely inspires me not to bury my talents.
I feel all of this is a necessary precursor to the next round of entries.
