Packing after the sun goes down! It makes me crazy. Packing after the sun goes down while managing a todller - I can't even think about it without twitching. For some reason no matter how many lights I bring in the room, our bedroom is still too dim. And for some reason I can never seem to get my laundry done so that I can pack in the afternoon during Emma's nap. I don't know why I find this so angering, but I really do.
If you couldn't tell, we're getting ready to go on a trip. THAT is exciting! I can't wait - especially now that I've waded through most of the packing, Emma is napping and I'm doing last minute things in the daylight.
Incidentally - this is the first time I've been on a trip without packing a pair of Dansko clogs. I haven't been without them since I bought my first pair 5 years ago. What AM I bringing?
